I. Brief Introduction of Equipment
The disperser is a kind of mixer. High-speed agitators (such as circular sawtooth agitators) can form strong turbulence locally and have strong dispersive emulsification effect on materials. The disperser is mainly divided into lifting disperser and kettle disperser. The lifting disperser can be divided into hydraulic lifting disperser, pneumatic lifting disperser, mechanical lifting disperser and electric lifting disperser according to lifting mode.
The sawtooth circular dispersing disc of the disperser rotates at high speed in the container to complete the solid-liquid dispersion, emulsification, depolymerization and stabilization process.
1. Rolling annular flow of slurry produces strong vortices, and the particles on the slurry surface descend spirally to the bottom of the vortices.
2. Turbulence zone is formed at 2.5-5 mm of the edge of the dispersion disk, and the slurry and particles are strongly sheared and impacted.
3. The slurry is fully recycled and turned over by two beams in the region.
4. The slurry layers with different flow velocities diffuse with each other to disperse. The high-speed disperser has many functions, such as automatic lifting, 360-degree rotation, frequency conversion and speed regulation. It can be equipped with 2-4 containers at the same time. Hydraulic lifting stroke 900-1200, 360 degree rotation function can better meet the multi-purpose of one machine, and can work from one cylinder to another in a very short time, greatly improving the work efficiency.

3. Type Selection Parameters
1. Determine the volume of dispersed materials in each batch, ranging from 3-3000L, and select the equipment of corresponding specifications.
2. Select equipment to make material. Material classification: contact with material, not contact with material, other parts of equipment to maintain the original material.
3. Determine the driving capacity of the configuration according to the proportion, fluidity and other properties of the material, as well as the start-up criteria.
Start standard points: overload startup, no-load startup.
4. According to the actual process conditions, add auxiliary functional components, such as spraying, heating/cooling, etc.
5. Opening requirements of design equipment, such as feeding port, cleaning port, exhaust hole, etc.

Daily maintenance of lifting high-speed disperser:
1. The triangular belt should be equal in length, put into the transmission box, tighten properly, tighten the slide bolt and cover the upper cover.
2. If the equipment is not used for long-term parking, it must cut off the power supply, clean all the parts, inject oil into the lubricating parts, and coat the spindle and cylinder with oil to prevent rust.
3. The oil tank is replaced with 46 # hydraulic oil every six months, and the oil tank is cleaned. The filter screen is cleaned once a month, and it is cleaned within two or three days after the oil change.
4. The gears, bearings, balls, axles, sleeves and cylinders of the rotating part of the high-speed disperser should be injected once a week. If overheating or abnormal noise is found in the process of use, it should be checked in time.
5. If parking is caused by the action of thermal relay due to overload, the "reset" button of thermal relay should be pressed to continue operation.
6. The AC contactor is inspected every six months and the equipment is overhauled once a year.
7. The high-speed disperser regularly inspects the fragile parts of the disperser, such as bearings, oil seals and so on, and replaces them immediately when it finds wear and tear.
8. Check the pot of high-speed disperser once a day and record the pot carefully.
V. Operational Procedures
Operating regulation of disperser
I. Preparations for the start-up of the lifting high-speed disperser
1. Check whether the oil level of the disperser is added to the prescribed position. The lower oil level should be added to the prescribed oil level, and the higher oil level should be put to the prescribed position.
2. Check whether the triangle belt is tightened properly.
3. Hand-driven impeller should rotate flexibly without friction.
4. Check whether the fasteners are loose and whether there is leakage in the sealing parts.
5. Turn on the main motor of the high-speed disperser and check whether the direction of agitation is the same as that specified by the equipment.
6. Drive only after confirming that the above inspection work is correct.
1. Put the impeller in the center of the container of the high-speed disperser and press the drop button to the lowest or required position.
2. Two handles must be locked before driving.
3. Turn on the main motor and press the button according to the operation speed.
4. During the operation of high-speed disperser, attention should be paid to the current. If overload operation is found, the reason should be checked by stopping and the high-speed disperser should continue to run after taking measures.
1. Stop the main motor first, so that all impellers stop rotating.
2. Open the up button of the high-speed bulk machine to make the main shaft impeller rise above the container and clean the impeller.
