Kneader is an ideal equipment for kneading, mixing, vulcanizing and polymerization of high viscosity and elastic-plastic materials. Kneader can be used to produce silicone rubber, sealant, hot melt adhesive, food glue, pharmaceutical preparations, etc. Kneader is a special mixing equipment, the most commonly used is to use two_blades, parallel tangential differential arrangement, that is, the speed of one impeller is fast, the speed of one impeller is slow, in order to generate shear force, different impeller speeds make the mixing material can be quickly sheared, so that the material can be mixed evenly.
2. Kneader - Introduction
Principle of operation
Kneader is made of semi-dry or rubber-like viscous plastic materials by strong shear action produced by a pair of cooperating and rotating blades.
The material reacts rapidly to obtain a uniform mixing stirring. Kneading machine is mainly composed of five parts: mixing part, frame part, hydraulic system, transmission system and electronic control system. Hydraulic system is operated by a hydraulic station to complete the opening and closing function. The heat transfer modes usually include electric heating, steam heating, circulating hot oil heating, circulating water cooling, etc. The discharging methods of kneader include hydraulic cylinder tipping, ball valve discharging, screw extrusion, etc. The cylinder block and the contact part between the slurry blade and the material are made of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure the product quality.

3. Efficient agitator
The material of the impeller is tough and the structure is reliable. The advanced image of the impeller designed based on many years'experience is reasonable and scientific, and there is also an internal hollow impeller which can be cooled or heated for users to choose.
4. Excellent vacuum decompression
After using vacuum groove cover and vacuum shaft seal, mixing and kneading operation can be carried out under vacuum decompression (low temperature boiling, defoaming, dehydration to a certain extent).
5. Strong kneading groove
The structure of kneading groove is reliable. There are also jacketed kneading grooves which can be cooled or heated for users to choose.
6. Blending and kneading
When two strong and tough impellers are in motion, they produce enormous shear reduction force, thus achieving a high kneading effect.
7. Feeding and discharging
Mainly through the oil pressure (part of the machine is manual operation) is kneading trough dumping or reset, the opening and closing of the upper cover is also oil pressure operation (part of the machine is manual operation), feeding and discharging is very convenient. Moreover, if the feeding hole can be re-installed on the top cover, the feeding can be carried out from the top.
8. Cooling and heating
According to user's requirements, jacket jacket is installed on the outer wall of kneading tank, and the agitator is made into an inner hollow form, so that cooling or heating can be carried out.
According to the needs of users, it can also install load safety devices and various measuring instruments on the machine. Various specifications and motor power, etc. are sometimes changed due to improvement. Special design and manufacture can be carried out after negotiation with users according to the characteristics of processing quality.
